Will my lawn be totally insect free?
No. Nor do we want to eliminate all insects, only 1% of the known U.S. species are considered economically destructive pests. LoneStar ChemPro practices IPM (Integrated Pest Management) which is a balance between Cultural, Biological, Mechanical, and Chemical control. When Chemical control is necessary we try to use pest specific chemicals, such as baits for fire ants so that only fire ants are managed.
Will my lawn be totally weed free?
There is not a product available which can accomplish this. We can reduce the population of weeds to the point they are not noticeable or damaging. Again we can only manage weeds in the lawn, not eradicate them. This is done by using only high quality products, trained technicians, and timing.
Are all treatments and inspections necessary?
Anything less then the full program can compromise the quality of your lawn. The weather patterns and growing conditions in East Texas are unpredictable – to say the least. Each treatment / inspection is seasonally timed and coordinated (outside air temp., soil temp., weed germination, moisture, etc.) for maximum lawn benefits.
Does LoneStar ChemPro's standard service include treatments for all pest and disease problems?
Lonestar ChemPro offers additional service or treatments for problems which may arise. It is impossible for us to forecast every pest, disease, or weed which may attack your lawn. We are licensed under Texas Department Agriculture and Texas Structural Pest Control Board and in order for us to apply a pesticide we must have a target pest (insect, weed, or disease). That is why a licensed, trained professional is needed – you can’t treat what you can’t identify.
Does LoneStar ChemPro guarantee its service?
Yes! LoneStar ChemPro guarantees your satisfaction. Communication is the key. We can’t fix a problem unless we know one exists. Successful lawn care is a team effort. LoneStar ChemPro prides itself in providing you with the finest lawn care service available, if you have any concerns, please e-mail or call and we will respond promptly. Even if we have to repeat an application, your satisfaction is our goal. Each treatment is satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days.
Are the products LoneStar ChemPro applies harmful to my children, pets or the environment?
LoneStar ChemPro practices IPM (Integrated Pest Management) which means we use chemicals only as a last resort. Every product we apply is registered with the Environmental Protection Agency. All products are applied by trained technicians and used in strict accordance with the label. If you are still concerned we offer organic fertilization for additional peace of mind.
